Qrf and the Single Director comply – except for the deviations stated in the statement – the recommendations of the Belgian Corporate Governance Code and the legal provisions on corporate governance by applying these mutatis mutandis to the organization of the board within the Single Director.

After all, as a governing body of the Single Director of the limited partnership with shares, it is the Board of Directors of the Single Director that jointly decides on Qrf’s values and strategy, its willingness to take risks and the main policy lines.
